Ultraflex is a one-part high performance waterproofing liquid for use on new and existing flat roofs, walkways, balconies and gutters. Unlike traditional GRP, once Ultraflex is applied it is instantly rain resistant which allows it to be used all year round. Apply straight out of the can.
